Real ingredients · Real flavours · A richer tomorrow
Artisanal chilli sauces from Singapore, made the old-school way: rich, fragrant and spicy, just like the kind we grew up eating at home.
Our story
Many years ago, our grandmother made a fresh batch of sambal chilli whenever the jar at home was running low. Later, our mother took over, keeping the recipe alive in our kitchen. When we were old enough, we were roped into the family production line, manually pounding the chilli mixture with a mortar and pestle.
According to our father, who was born in the late 1930s, he remembers watching our grandmother make this very same sambal when he was a young boy. That means this recipe has been part of our family for many decades, passed from one generation to the next.
No shortcuts. Just a traditional family recipe, made with care.
We want more people to experience the taste of our family heirloom, made using carefully selected, quality ingredients. Our dream is for this humble recipe to one day become a Singapore heritage brand.

Ways to enjoy
Each blend is suited to how it's actually used at home.
Chilli pounded with fermented prawn paste. Every family in Singapore has its own version; this is ours. Spoon it beside grilled fish, prawns, a plate of hokkien mee or a meat dish.
Fry the sauce until fragrant, add kangkong, long beans, brinjal, okra or petai, and toss. One sachet takes up to 400 g of vegetables. Best hot, with steamed rice.
Fry the sauce, toss in the crab, simmer, then finish with beaten egg for that glossy, sweet-savoury gravy. Enough for two crabs, up to 2.4 kg. Serve with mantou to mop up.
Dried shrimp and chilli, slow-fried until every spoonful is savoury, spicy and fragrant. Pile it on rice, spread it on bread, stir it through pasta or top a pizza with it.
